Breakfast Burrito
The breakfast burrito is filling, flavorful, and easy to customize. Combining eggs, cheese, vegetables, and meat inside a warm tortilla creates a satisfying breakfast that can even be eaten on the go.
Ingredients
- 2 flour tortillas
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 sausage or 1/2 cup beans
- Salsa
- Butter or oil
Instructions
Scramble the eggs in a pan. Cook the sausage separately if using meat. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them easier to roll.
Place eggs, cheese, sausage or beans, and salsa into each tortilla. Roll tightly into a burrito and toast lightly in a pan before serving.
